Urban Shoes works with fulfillment partners to ship orders to customers in multiple countries. Fulfillment origin and delivery time can vary by product and destination.
Order processing
Orders begin processing after they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation or correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@urbanshoes.es. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination, product, fulfillment partner, carrier, customs, and seasonal demand. Any delivery estimate shown during checkout or in your shipping confirmation is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a carrier receives the package.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and can arrive in more than one package.
Taxes, duties & customs
Taxes and duties depend on the destination and applicable local rules. Charges may be calculated at checkout or assessed by local customs or tax authorities. Any amount shown at checkout will form part of your order total. Additional import charges assessed by local authorities, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
